Our menu is rooted in American charcuterie with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We specialize in large format items, and group nose-to-tail dining with whole animal feasts.

Our beverage program consists of 8 draught lines, 350 different bottles of beers from all around the world as well as a handful of selected premium wines and liquors.
